The MRI Actuator Retro Fit Kit is an actuator replacement kit designed to fit all MRI center stands produced between 2009-2023.5. The actuator (model PA-11) used on these older units has been discontinued and replaced by model ST-4 actuators. Your model number can be found on a white sticker on the actuator body. ST-4 actuators are shorter hole to hole when retracted from the PA-11, the Retro Fit Kit includes 3 brackets also to install the new model actuator in the correct position on older MRI center stands.

The MRI Actuator retro fit kit is designed to update the older style actuator to a newer design.  The newer design uses a computer chip to monitor the up and down positions and when to stop itself vs. micro switches.  If at any time the motion is obstructed, the chip will sense it and stop the actuator from moving.  This greatly prolongs the life of the actuator.
